Jessica Bradford
Jessica’s calling has always been twofold: design, and the home - personally, as a place of family and faith, and professionally, through transforming spaces for others. In 2020, Jessica and her husband, Victor, returned home to Minnesota to be near family and support her mother during cancer treatment. That same year, they renovated their first home, a 1912 Craftsman in St. Paul, reigniting a lifelong passion for design. What had once been a personal hobby grew into a deeper pursuit, leading to three additional Twin Cities renovations and supporting Victor’s real estate clients in boosting ROI through staging and updates. After welcoming their son, Isaiah, in 2022, Jessica stepped away from her corporate healthcare marketing career to prioritize family. With design now woven more fully into daily life, she pursued professional training and in 2025 became an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager & Redesigner accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). Today, through Bradford Home Collective, Jessica helps homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces that inspire buyers, maximize potential, and carry forward a story of legacy - one home at a time.
Victor Bradford
A Miami native now based in Minneapolis, Victor is passionate about helping clients see the full potential in a property - whether buying, selling, or investing. Since relocating in 2020, he and his wife, Jessica, have renovated multiple Twin Cities homes, blending his investment expertise with her design vision. Together, they founded Bradford Home Collective to provide clients with a seamless combination of real estate, staging, and renovation services. Victor thrives on guiding clients through every stage of the process, from evaluating investment opportunities to transforming a home for maximum value. Known for adding a little spice to “Minnesota nice,” his goal is simple: to help people move forward with confidence, care, and a clear strategy.
